TuffScreen
A plain insect screen that stays out of the way. It gives little privacy, so choose it when bugs are the only problem.
TuffScreen No-See-Ums
A finer weave for the tiny biting midges. Anyone on or near Lake Norman should take this seriously.
SunTex, chosen by exposure
SunTex 80 gives a moderate cut. On a hard west exposure, step up to SunTex 95 or 99.
SunTex 95 or 99
Denser fabric screens a neighbor's window or a road. Sheerweave is another privacy fabric.
Soltis 502
Very high durability and wind control. It has low pet resistance, so tell us if dogs or cats use the space.
PanoramaFR Clear
A clear vinyl panel that works as a retractable windbreak and keeps the view fully open.
Bug problem and heat problem on the same opening? Tell us. The answer is usually not a compromise fabric.
