This deck is a Cinnamon Cove composite deck. It is a beautiful deck. As you can see, we have a single picture frame around the perimeter of the entire deck. Now that we are up top, take a look at the deck surface. This is a beautiful new addition for 2025. If you look at the center, there is a breaker board running right down the center.

Guys, what I want you to understand is this was a deck resurface. We ended up saving this client's deck. This deck was coming apart in some areas. We went up underneath and rebuilt part of it and brought it right back together. If your deck seems out of date or out of condition, please let us take a good look at it. It may be resurfaceable or it may need to be rebuilt new.

Have you ever wondered why composite decks are so expensive and quality builds are so expensive? Look at this skirt board. This is a job that we're on right now that we're going to fix. You see the screws running down right here. This in reality is supposed to sit below this board. This is supposed to lean over a quarter of an inch to help with waterfall. That's one issue. You see how it's pulling away. You spend tens of thousands of dollars on a deck. It looks like this.

Look at these stairs. Would you like to have stairs with these screws everywhere? There's no picture frame. Look at that rise. That's too tall. That's a tripping hazard.

Hey guys, it is Bob here from Vivid Outdoor Living. I want to show you this beautiful acrylic gable style sunroom. This is a Model 200 acrylic sunroom. This has heat stop for the acrylic top. And please understand that this is an acrylic roof. This is not a polycarbonate roof, okay? Polycarbonate is hot.
